this is kind of a pointless post, but eeeee! i'm excited about tonight!

since my man will be pulling long hours at the election desk this evening, i am free to flip between election updates and the usa House marathon at my leisure.

i also made a scrumptious dinner for one...



egg whites scrambled with peppers, onions, and an Amy's brand veggie burger with organic fries on the side (they're extra crispy, but i thought the "flip half way through cooking" part was just a suggestion.) the whole meal is a perfect vehicle for ketchup. which was the point.

for dessert i'm having homemade hot chocolate and a double chocolate cookie. because i'm hoping for a chocolate president.

and finally...

i have a lot of conservative friends (hello, i went to college in a red state!) and since i am a one of those liberal Irish Catholic Massholes, you can bet we don't always agree on stuff. and that's OK. variety...spice of life...celebrate differences...yada yada.
